Giovanni Ungania was born in Bologna on 4 November 1987 and graduated with a degree in Business and Economics in 2012. He began his career as a chartered accountant in 2014. He has been a partner at Studio La Croce since 2020. From 2009 to 2018, he collaborated with Studio Leonelli - Santini & Partners, and then with Studio Buscaroli-Ungania-Zambelli e Associati in 2019. He has expertise in debt restructuring and turnaround transactions, including bankruptcy proceedings, business valuations for extraordinary transactions, financial planning, and forensics.He frequently takes on assignments in private companies as a director, liquidator and auditor.
